Light with low color temperature has more red radiation, that is, warm light; light with high color temperature: Blue radiation increases, that is, cold light. Quiet atmosphere with low color temperature, work atmosphere uses a high color temperature, and the specific value is determined according to personal preference. 6500K is the upper limit in the average family.

Color rendering index

It refers to the degree of reduction of the color of objects by light. The sunlight is 100, the outdoor lighting should be above 65, and the indoor should be above 80. Light with a high color rendering index is true to color performance; light with a low color rendering index will cause color distortion and severely increase visual fatigue.

Illumination, color temperature, and color rendering index affect each other. Under the right illumination, you can choose the light with the appropriate color temperature and color rendering index to get the best sensory experience.

If you are in trouble, just write down the following numbers. It is not wrong to buy a lamp according to this: color temperature of living room 4000K, dining room 2700-3000K, bedroom 2700-4000K, color rendering index above 80; work area 4000K, color rendering index above 90 . In addition, everyone’s acceptance of “yellow light” and “white light” is different. Some people hate light with a color temperature of 3000K. Even if the color rendering index is high enough, they feel very dim, so it is best to feel more in a physical store. Different color temperature lighting atmosphere, then make your choice.
